In order to demonstrate compliance to the wide variety of environmental regulations and customer requirements that impact electrical and electronic equipment (EEE), Atmel has reviewed the raw materials and substances that are incorporated into semiconductor products. To support the variety of requirements Atmel Corporation has developed a Package Material Declaration Data Sheet (PMDDS) which uses composition data from raw material suppliers, material analysis testing and engineering calculations.
