The Atmel ATmega128RFA1 is the industry's first wireless and touch single-chip microcontroller. The embedded radio interface offers a unique hardware feature set to boost the overall system performance and support a great variety of IEEE 802.15.4 compliant applications, such as the Atmel RF4Control software stack (the Atmel ZigBee RF4CE compliant platform).
