The ANTARIS®4 RF-receiver integrates an ARM7TDMI® ARM® Thumb® processor core, 16-channel GPS baseband controller, 128KB RAM, SuperSense® ROM, RF components, filtering, and baseband processor into a single, tiny 7mm x 10mm 96-pin BGA package. Designed to meet the requirements of mobile applications, it provides up to -158dBm tracking sensitivity and excellent RF performance with low noise figure and low power consumption. For normal PVT (Position/Velocity/Time) applications, there is no need for off-chip flash memory or ROM. The device also supports the NMEA® protocol (2.1 and 2.3) for DGPS, the RTCM protocol, and A-GPS.
