The SAM9XE128 is a member of the Atmel SAM9XE series of microcontrollers based on the high-performance 32-bit ARM926EJ processor. It operates at a maximum speed of 160MHz and features 128KB of flash and 16KB of SRAM. The peripheral set includes two USB 2.0 full speed device ports, Ethernet MAC 10/100 port, image sensor interface, four USART, two UART, two SPIs, SSC, two TWIs (I2C), two multimedia card Interfaces, six 16-bit timers, RTT and four 10-bit ADCs. It also features an external bus interface interfacing Nand flash, SDRAM and static memory. The SAM9XE128 is supplied in a 208-pin PQFP or 217-ball BGA package. The pinout and ball-out are fully compatible with the SAM9260.
