They are supplied in the smallest available hermetic package, a 500 mils wide 36 pins DIL Flat Pack.
AT60142H/HT are improved versions of AT60142F/FT devices.

| 10/28/2009 | | AT68166H/HT | Space Rad Hard ICs | The AT68166F/FT/H/HT are Rad Hard Multi Chip Modules (MCM), integrating 4 dies of the AT60142 SRAM which can be organized as 1 bank of 512Kx32, 2 banks of 512Kx16, or 4 banks of 512Kx8. These devices are available in 18 and 20 ns for 3.3V (AT68166F/H) and 18 (preliminary information), 20 and 25 ns for 5V tolerant (AT68166FT/HT). They are supplied in a hermetic package, a 950 mils wide 68 pins Quad Flat Pack which offers a footprint compatible with products from other sources.
AT68166H/HT are improved versions of AT60142F/FT devices.
