Ultra low voltage 8-bit AVR Microcontroller for portable and other battery operated applications.

Integrated boost converter automatically generates a stable 3V supply voltage from a low voltage battery input down to 0.7V.

4KB In-System programmable Flash Program Memory, 256-Byte SRAM, 64-Byte EEPROM, 32-Byte Register File, Two 8-bit Timer/Counters with PWM channels, 4-channel 10-bit A/D, Analog Comparator, Temperature Sensor, USI-Universal Serial Interface, and debugWIRE for on-chip-debug. Up to 1 MIPS throughput per MHz.
