| The AT60142F/FT/H/HT are Rad Hard 512Kx8 Very Low Power CMOS SRAM, available in 15 ns for 3.3V (AT60142F/H) and 17 ns for 5V tolerant (AT60142FT/HT). They are supplied in the smallest available hermetic package, a 500 mils wide 36 pins DIL Flat Pack.
AT60142H/HT are improved versions of AT60142F/FT devices.
