ATAB542x-x-WB
|
The Wireless BlackBird evaluation kit consists of two 2"x3.5" PC boards, each with one ATA542x transceiver, custom LCD display, external antenna, ISP and UART headers, miniature joystick, and 2 AA batteries. Using the two transceiver boards, a communication link can be established within seconds to easily demonstrate functions such as RSSI links, temperature and light sensoring, and frequency hopping.
The ATAB542x-x-WB kit is designed for an immediate out-of-the-box experience. Industrial or consumer system designers can discover, without any additional PC connection, the powerful capabilities of the ATA542x series when partnered with Atmel's ATmega3290.
The Wireless Blackbird evaluation kit is available in 5 different versions as designated by the following part numbers:
ATAB5423-3-WB for 315 MHz
ATAB5425-3-WB for 345 MHz
ATAB5428-4-WB for 434 MHz
ATAB5428-8-WB for 868 MHz
ATAB5429-9-WB for 915 MHz

ATASTK512-EK1/EK2/EK3-IND
|
Starter kits for operating frequencies of 315MHz, 433MHz and 868MHz to evaluate a complete RF link. Besides the ATA8741/42/43 transmitter, these kits include a receiver board equipped with ATA8203/04/05 plus an ATmega88 AVR microcontroller and feature a secure rolling code transmission algorithm. That algorithm uses the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) which is particularly useful for security applications like alarm systems. Kit documentation:
