The MS8607 is the world’s first combination sensor module that contains a high- performance humidity, temperature, and barometric pressure sensors in a single package.

The MS8607 utilizes a patented humidity sensor design, a temperature sensor, a MEMS pressure sensor, and an A/D ASIC to provide very high accuracy and resolution. It is available with a small footprint of 5.0 x 3.0 x 1.0mm3. The I2C interface provides a simple universally acceptable connection scheme.

The MS5637 represents the latest advancement in high performance, low cost pressure and temperature sensor products designed for consumer applications. The MS5637 utilizes a MEMS strain gauge based sensor design, a temperature sensor, and an A/D ASIC to provide very high accuracy and resolution. It’s available with a small footprint of 3.0 x 3.0 x 0.95mm3. The I2C interface provides a simple universally acceptable connection scheme. Because the output is absolute pressure, the MS5637 works well for altitude and barometric measurements.

The HTU21D utilizes a patented humidity sensor design, a temperature sensor, and an A/D ASIC to provide very high accuracy and resolution. It’s available with a small footprint of 3.0 x 3.0 x 0.9mm3. The I2C interface provides a simple universally acceptable connection scheme. Thanks to its PTFE membrane option, the HTU21D is also suitable for harsh environments.
