The SAM4LC Cortex-M4 processor-based Flash microcontrollers offer the industry’s lowest power consumption and fastest wake-up. The devices feature an LCD controller with up to 4x40 segments, an embedded capacitive touch module supported by Atmel QTouch technology, USB host, and multiple serial communication interfaces. They are ideal for a wide range of industrial, healthcare and consumer applications. |
A member of the Atmel SAM4L family of Flash microcontrollers based on the ARM Cortex-M4 processor, the ATSAM4LC series delivers the lowest power in active mode (down to 90µA/MHz) as well as sleep mode with full RAM retention (1.5µA) and the shortest wake-up time (down to 1.5µs) in a Cortex-M4 device. The device features an LCD controller, hardware cryptography, USB host and device, peripheral event system, SleepWalking™ intelligent peripherals and built-in security including 128-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES). Integrated Atmel QTouch technology makes it easy to bring capacitive touch functionality to your hardware.
