For the past decade, Atmel has successfully used direct customer feedback as a means of driving continuous improvement activities that have been targeted to specifically address issues raised during the bi-annual survey process. The survey results have been complemented by customer scorecards in providing a comparative ranking relative to our competition in key areas of customer interest. Information obtained through prior surveys served to greatly enrich our information base on customer requirements, expectations, and needs; thereby, enabling us to focus on the areas most important to our customers.

This survey is divided into six sections and is designed to take no more than fifteen minutes to complete.
